Sheikh Khalid Jehangir (Jahangir) (born 30 June 1976, Srinagar) is an Indian Kashmiri-based journalist, writer and core group member of Bharatiya Janta Party and its Jammu & Kashmir Affairs Spokesperson. He is known for his political connections and has been inclined with the BJP ideology since 1999. He is also VC of J&K Projects Construction Corporation (JKPCC) a premier government undertaking corporation. He is having status of Minister of state (MOS).

He belongs to a staunch nationalist family of Jammu & Kashmir, his father Sheikh Ghulam Mohammad has served in defence forces and retired as Director of Defense. He was the cousin of First IPS officer of Jammu & Kashmir Ghulam Qadir Ganderbali. He has done his schooling from prestigious Burn Hall School. He was Special Correspondent of German News Network. He is the founder director of J&K Economic Development Council and board member of China India Trade Investment Center (CITIC). He has earlier worked with reputed national and local media outlets.

Jehangir was the first youngest Kashmiri to represent in United Nations Commission for Human Rights in Geneva from 1999 to 2003. He has attended international conferences on Jammu and Kashmir in European states and contributed his insights to governments, international organisations like RAND, European Parliament and other policy makers.

Jehangir is seen as a prominent BJP face and strategist in Jammu & Kashmir; he was publicly inducted in BJP on 26 March 2014 by Narendra Modi, who said: "I don't know whether the friends in media pay attention towards this news today my friend Khalid Jehangir has joined the BJP, he has craved niche in International journalism and I am proud of him and welcome him in BJP."
