Khaled Nazzal

Khaled Nazzal was the central committee secretary of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine and one of the Palestinian Liberation Organisation top military leaders. Born in Qabatiya, Jenin in 1948, He joined the military resistance in 1967, and in 1971 he joined Damascus University. Married to women rights activist Rima Nazzal, and had a daughter Dima, born in 1976 and works as an assistant professor in industrial engineering at Georgia Tech, and Ghaith, born in 1983 and works as a communications consultant in Dubai. He was assassinated in Athens in June 9, 1986 by Mossad agents.
