Khaled Medhet al-Fiqi (also Abdul Samee) was an alleged member of Egyptian Islamic Jihad.

He had used his apartment as a warehouse for the group to store weapons and ammunition. He had been among the many arrested in the government crackdown following the assassination of Anwar Sadat, as he walked alone the Nile in Maadi carrying a case of explosives.

In 1988, he helped Essam al-Qamari, Khamis Muslim and Mohamed al-Aswani escape from prison. In 1999, he was accused of conspiring with Muhammad al-Zawahiri to carry out attacks in Egypt.
