The Key Western Railroad was a 9 716 in (240 mm) gauge miniature railway that operated from 1965 to 1984 in the Florida Keys. The railroad's one train was pulled by locomotive #1500 that originally had operated on the Becker Farm Railroad in Roseland, NJ from 1938 to 1965. After the Key Western Railroad ceased operation, locomotive #1500 was acquired by a private individual in Michigan.
