Kelly Moore Paints

Kelly-Moore Paints is a paint manufacturing company founded in San Carlos, California in 1946 by William Kelly and William Moore. It has stores located in California, Texas, Oklahoma, and Nevada. San Carlos, and Hurst, Texas are home to manufacturing plants. Kelly-Moore also owns Capital Insurance Group, a regional insurer. Due to challenges in the Colorado market, Kelly-Moore sold some stores and closed others, and exited the market. Also in late 2008, the Seattle plant was closed.
