Keiferia rusposoria is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Povolný in 1970. It is found in the West Indies, where it has been recorded from Grenada.

The length of the forewings is 3.8 mm. The forewings are brown, with groups of dark scales forming an indistinct pattern of dark dots. The hindwings are medium grey.
