Kaz Incorporated is a manufacturer of small home appliances including air cleaners, humidifiers, fans, blood pressure monitors, heating pads, lawn & garden, and healthcare products.

The company was founded in Ogdensburg, NY in 1926 by Max Katzman, who invented the world's first electric vaporizer. The company remained in the Katzman family until 2011, with Max Katzman's son Lawrence Katzman succeeding to the presidency in 1956. Lawrence Katzman's son Richard Katzman was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in 1989, then CEO in 1998.

Its products are marketed worldwide under the Kaz, Honeywell, Stinger, Softheat, Vicks, and other brands, and sold through its web site, drug stores, and other retail outlets such as Target Corporation.

In 2011, Kaz became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Helen of Troy Company, and continues to be run from its global headquarters in Southborough, Massachusetts, and its regional headquarters around the world.
