Special Lecture with Minister Katsunobu Kato
Katsunobu Kato (加藤 勝信, Katō Katsunobu, born November 22, 1955) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the National Diet (national legislature of Japan). A native of Kurashiki, Okayama and graduate of the University of Tokyo with the Bachelor of Economics degree, he worked at the Ministry of Finance from 1979 to 1995. He was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 2003 after unsuccessful runs in 1998 and 2000.
