Karle Hammond (born 25 April 1974 in Widnes, Cheshire) is an English former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s, and 2000s.

Karle Hammond's position of choice was as a Stand-off/Five-eighth, or Loose forward/Lock.

He played for Widnes, St. Helens, London Broncos, Salford City Reds and Halifax in the European Super League.

He is a former Wales and Great Britain international.

Hammond played for St Helens at stand-off half in their 1996 Challenge Cup Final victory over Bradford Bulls. He was the top try-scorer of the 1996 Great Britain Lions tour.

Karle Hammond played stand-off/five-eighth in St. Helens' 16-25 defeat by Wigan in the 1995–96 Regal Trophy Final during the 1995–96 at Alfred McAlpine Stadium, Huddersfield on Saturday 13 January 1996.
