Karen Loren Medrano Agustin (born September 23, 1982) is a Filipino model. She represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2002 pageant in Puerto Rico. She trained for beauty pageants with Javier Murillo in Bogota, Colombia.
She completed Bachelor of Science, Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development at International Academy of Management and Economics in Makati.
