Karehgah-ye Bala (Persian: کره گه بالا, also Romanized as Karehgah-ye Bālā; also known as Kargah) is a village in Kakavand-e Gharbi Rural District, Kakavand District, Delfan County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.
