Kantipur Television, popularly known as KTV, is a private television station based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Its chief director is Kailash Sirohiya. Launched in July 2003, KTV is licensed for terrestrial and satellite transmission. It is owned by Kantipur Publications, which has a number of other notable publications, such as The Kathmandu Post and Kantipur.

Kantipur Publication's head office is located in Tinkune where two effigies stand.

KTV celebrated its 13th anniversary on 12 July, 2016. The company have run the next sister channel called Kantipur Gold from February 2015. In the 13th anniversary, many journalists and best workers of the company were awarded.
