Kani Khalilan (Persian: كاني خليلان, also Romanized as Kānī Khlīlān; also known as Kānī Khalīl) is a village in Lahijan-e Sharqi Rural District, Lajan District, Piranshahr County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.
