Kandeh Qulan-e Olya (Persian: كنده قولان عليا, also Romanized as Kandeh Qūlān-e ‘Olyā; also known as Kandeh Qūlān-e Bālā) is a village in Lahijan Rural District, in the Central District of Piranshahr County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.
