Kanagarthi, also called Kangarthiis a village in Karimnagar district, Telangana, India. It is situated on the banks of the Manair River. It lies in the mandal of Odela. The population was 6,407 at the 2011 Indian census.

Kanagarthi is very famous for its paddy. It is one of the biggest villages in the Odela mandal. The oldest temple in the village is the Keshava Swamy Temple. Kanagarthi is about 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) from Sultanabad and 35 kilometres (22 mi) from Karimnagar. Goparpalli, Gudem, Gumpula, Gundlapalli, Haripuram, and Indurthi are the villages along with this village in the same Odela Mandal.
