Kana Osafune (長船 加奈, Osafune Kana, born 16 October 1989) is a Japanese football defender, currently playing for Urawa Red Diamonds Ladies in the L. League.
She has been a member of the Japanese national team, and took part in the 2010 Asian Games, which Japan won. As an Under-19 international she played the 2008 U-20 World Cup.
