Kamsarakan (Armenian: Կամսարական) was an Armenian noble family that began as an offshoot of the Karen-Pahlav Clan, a Hellenistic-Era Armenian house, descended by the fusion of an Arsacid branch with the Karen, one of the seven great houses of Parthia.

Most of the Kamsarakan family's lands were acquired by the Bagratuni during the last quarter of the eighth century. Famous members of the Kamsarakan family include Narses, a eunuch in Constantinople, that made it as an imperial general under Justinian I (r. 527–565). Also Sahak, an Exarch of Italy (625–643 CE).
