Kambhampadu is a large village located in Macherla Tehsil/Block/Mandal in the Guntur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.

Geography

The village is situated 6 km away from the sub-district headquarter Macherla and 116 km away from district headquarter Guntur and 130 km away from A.P. capital Amaravathi. Kambhampadu village is also 30 km away from Nagarjuna sagar and 188 km away from Telangana capital Hyderabad.

Demographics

Kambhampadu has a population of 8,681 of which 4,434 are male and 4,247 are female, as per the Population Census of 2011.
