Kamakhya Prasad Singh Deo (born 6 August 1941) was a member of the 4th, 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th and 13th Lok Sabha of India. He was first elected to Lok Sabha in 1967 representing Swatantra Party. He represented the Dhenkanal constituency of Orissa and is a member of the Indian National Congress (Congress) political party. He was the president of the Orissa Pradesh Congress Committee.
