Kais Dukes is a computer scientist and software developer known for the development of the Quranic Arabic Corpus and JQuranTree. A .NET Framework enthusiast, Dukes began work in the early 2000s on one of the world's largest financial software systems using the framework.

Dukes was born to an English father who converted to Islam and an Arabic mother, and grew up bilingual.

In 2015, Dukes co-founded HiperFabric, a Data Virtualization technology company.
