KXI97 (sometimes referred to as Mena All Hazards) is a NOAA Weather Radio station that serves Mena, Arkansas. It is programmed from the National Weather Service forecast office in Little Rock, Arkansas with its transmitter located in Eagle Mountain. It broadcasts weather and hazard information for Polk County.

On April 11, 2009; this station's transmitter was knocked off the air by a tornado that blew through the area that night. During the outage, according to the National Weather Service in Little Rock, some parts of Polk County may be able to pick up the Mount Ida broadcast (station KXI92, frequency 162.425 MHz). But that transmitter is operating in a reduced capacity with a very limited broadcast signal.

The Mena UHF transmitter was back on the air within a few days of the April 2009 tornado. National Weather Service electronics technicians restored the UHF link in a new location on the courthouse roof.
