KUPT-LD is a low power digital broadcast television station licensed to and serving the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. KUPT-LD transmits on UHF channel 16 at 15kW from atop Sandia Crest. The station is owned by Ramar Communications which also owns KTEL-CD Channel 15 (MeTV) and KRTN-LD channel 33 (Movies!).

KUPT-LD broadcasts programming from Movies! which features classic movies on subchannel 16.1. Also featured is the Heroes & Icons (H&I) network from Weigel Broadcasting out of Chicago which also operates MeTV and Movies!. H&I features mostly action-based TV series shown on digital channel 16.3.

KUPT-LD has been on the air since late August 2014 airing both Movies! and GetTV. In early February 2015 H&I was added and became the main channel for KUPT 16.1 but in May it moved to channel 16.3 with Movies! returning to 16.1. On February 2, 2016 GetTV moved to KRQE channel 13.2 a full-powered station, and then later to KASY-TV channel 50.3 on January 14, 2017. Channel 16.2 is currently showing infomercials and 16.3 is currently H&I.

On January 18, 2017 Ramar Communications took over the operations of KASA-TV a full powered station and former Fox network affiliate. Telemundo has replaced Fox on channel 2.1 while H&I is shown on channel 29.1 and Movies! on 33.1. The all infomercial channel currently shown on channel 16.2 is now airing on KRTN-LD channel 33.4. With all programming on KUPT-LD recently cleared out it is unknown what will air on this station in the future.
