KTRL–FM 90.5 is a noncommercial public radio station licensed to Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. KTRL broadcasts to a 10–county area of the Cross Timbers just southwest of Fort Worth, Texas, covering a population of about 200,000 people. The station is partnered with Texas A&M's KAMU-FM 90.9 FM, bringing a mix of public radio and student programming to the Cross Timbers region.

KTRL's programming includes programming from National Public Radio, as well as American Public Media's Performance Today and other classical, jazz and roots music programming.

KTRL and its sister station, KXTR-LP 100.7 FM, are operated by students of Tarleton State University under the supervision of a full-time Instructor and Manager. The radio station is located in the Mathematics building on the Tarleton campus. Tarleton State University is one of four universities in the state of Texas to own and operate two radio stations, the other institutions being Texas Tech University, the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Houston.
