KROV-FM is a radio station based in San Antonio, Texas. It was founded by students of University of Texas at San Antonio and airs at 91.7 FM-HD2, which is the second HD Radio subchannel of KRTU-FM. The "KROV" call letters are not registered with the Federal Communications Commission.
