KLCC 89.7 FM is a National Public Radio affiliate for Eugene, Oregon, and the southern Willamette Valley. It also operates on various other repeater frequencies at other cities in West Central Oregon. The station is licensed to Lane Community College.

KLCC is noteworthy for its eclectic music blend. For many years, its weekday programming between 9 AM and 3 PM consisted of the program Fresh Tracks, which featured a diverse blend of musical genres. KLCC's evening and weekend programming featured programs that focus on specific musical genres, such as Celtic, blues, jazz, acoustic singer-songwriter, etc.

In late 2011, KLCC expanded its news and information programming to air Fresh Air, Tell Me More, and one hour of Talk of the Nation between 9 AM and 12 noon. From 12 noon until 3 PM, KLCC airs a music program called Living Large. From 3 PM to 6 PM, it airs a 3-hour expanded version of NPR's All Things Considered. The expanded version of All Things Considered replaced Northwest Passage, a locally produced newsmagazine.

In addition to All Things Considered, KLCC airs the flagship NPR newsmagazines Morning Edition and Weekend Edition. along with Car Talk, Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me and various other public affairs and discussion programs.
