Křešín is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 11.08 square kilometres (4.28 sq mi), and has a population of 163 (as at 28 August 2006).
Křešín lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) north-west of Pelhřimov, 45 km (28 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 72 km (45 mi) south-east of Prague.
