Jyotii Sethi

Jyotii Sethi, also known as Jyoti Sethi, is an Indian actress, who has till now worked mostly in Punjabi, Telugu and Hindi cinema. She firstly got recognition in cinema with single track of very popular singer and actor of Punjab Gippy Grewal and then she went on to working with another famous actor Ammy Virk in a short film. She debuted in Telugu cinema with a film titled "where is vidya balan" with Prince Cecil. She is presently active in Hindi films. The actress initially wanted to become a lecturer after her master's degree in English. But, when she was approached for a modelling assignment after being 'discovered' on a social networking site, she decided to give the showbiz career a chance.

Jyotii started her career in Punjab but soon moved to Mumbai and appeared in various ad commercials like Tata sky, Pepsodent, Utsav fashion etc. Sethi is brought up by her single mother as her father died in 1996.
