Plot
Following an assassin from a rival Mega-City leads Judge Anderson to a young boy of terrible psychic power. Their first encounter strips away Anderson's own power, reducing her to a "double-zero" rating, the lowest possible. Without her abilities, she must partner with Judge Dredd to find the boy before the other Mega-Cities do, or before he causes a city-wide catastrophe.
