Justin Theodore McLaughlin (March 24, 1912 – September 27, 1964) was a relief pitcher in Major League Baseball who played from 1931 through 1933 for the Boston Red Sox. Listed at 5 ft 11 in (1.80 m), 155 lb., McLaughlin batted and threw left-handed. A native of Brighton, Massachusetts, he attended Boston College.

In a three-season career, McLaughlin posted a 10.27 ERA in 16 appearances, including four strikeouts, 17 walks, 42 hits allowed and 23⅔ innings of work, without gaining a decision or save.

McLaughlin died in Cambridge, Massachusetts, at age 52.
