Jozef Balcar

Jozef Balcar (born 1922) - was a Polish teacher and cultural activist.

He finished high school in Cieszyn. He was working as a teacher in Lipowiec since 1946, later he became manager of primary school in this village. He created theatre group in Lipowiec in 1946, which was changed into regional group in 1955.

Balcar wrote spectacle Na muzyce.
