José Ferrater Mora or Josep Ferrater i Mora (in Catalan) (30 October 1912 – 30 January 1991) was a Spanish philosopher. He was the author of over 35 books, including a four-volume Diccionario de filosofía (Dictionary of Philosophy, 1944) and Being and Death: An Outline of Integrationist Philosophy (1962).

He became known for his inclusion of humans and non-human animals within the same moral sphere, or continuum, arguing that the difference was one of degree, not kind. The Ferrater Mora Oxford Centre for Animal Ethics is named after him.
