Josiah Diston (1667–1737), of Bakewell Hall, Basinghall Street, London and Woodcote Grove, Epsom, Surrey, was an English politician. Diston was a Member (MP) of the Parliament of England and Parliament of Great Britain for Devizes, 11 December 1706 – 1710 and 1715 to 1722.
Diston also served as a Director of the Bank of England (1701–1721), as its Deputy Governor (1721–1723); and as a sometime Director of the new East India Company (1706–1708 and 1711). He constructed a house, Mount Diston (now Woodcote Grove), where he lived for approximately 15 years.
