Joseph Ti kang

Mgr. Joseph Ti-kang (born 7 May 1928) is the archbishop emeritus of Taipei.

He was born in Xinxiang. He became Bishop of Kiayi, and is succeeded by Mgr. John Hung Shan-chuan, S.V.D.
