Josep Miàs Gifre (born in 1966) obtained the title of Architect in 1992 by the Superior School of Architecture of Barcelona, Technical University of Catalunya (ETSAB UPC). From 1990 to 2000 he worked in Enric Miralles's office as an associated architect. In 2000 he created MiAS Arquitectes, his own office. His work, intensely developed as a craftwork, has been awarded several times. He has taught Architecture and has given lectures in Universities all over Europe and the US.
