Josef Kratochvíl known as Kráťa (9 February 1905 – 8 July 1984) was a former Czechoslovakian footballer. He played 20 games and scored 4 goals for the Czechoslovakia national football team. He represented Czechoslovakia at the 1924 Olympics.

He spent the end of his active football career with FC Basel, but only played one match there.
