Jose "J.P." Miranda is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, serving since 2013. Miranda previously worked on the staffs of Philadelphia City Council President Darrell Clarke and state Senator Shirley Kitchen.
In 2015 Miranda pled guilty to corruption charges.
