José Luis Mollaghan (born 2 May 1946) is an Argentinian clergyman, known for being the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Rosario. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Mollaghan was ordained as a priest in 1971. Later, in 1993, he was appointed as Auxiliary Bishop of Buenos Aires by Cardinal Antonio Quarracino. Pope John Paul II appointed him as Bishop of San Miguel in 2000. In 2005, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him as Archbishop of Rosario, beginning the role on 18 March 2006.

On 19 May 2014, Mollaghan became an official of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith by Pope Francis. He moved back to Buenos Aires and ended his role as Archbishop before starting his new position.
