Jon Robert Cart (born January 31, 1964) is an American operatic tenor. He has performed roles with companies including the Baltimore Opera, Opera Roanoke, Harrisburg Opera and the Wolf Trap Opera. He has performed as a soloist at Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall and the Philips Collection. His recording, Serenata Mexicana, has been aired on several regional and national radio stations, and can be found on the Centaur Records Label.

Cart has served as Chair of the Department of Music and Theatre Arts at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, Dean of the College of Fine and Performing Arts at Rowan University in New Jersey and currently holds the position of Director of the John J. Cali School of Music at Montclair State University in New Jersey. He has presented at conferences on the topic of transdisciplinary studies.
