Johnny Donegan Halligan (c. 1899-?) was a Scottish football player and manager. Halligan played as an inside left for Shawfield, Hibernian and Montrose. He also worked for Hibernian as a coach, scout and caretaker manager. Halligan was appointed caretaker manager of Hibernian after the resignation of Bobby Templeton in February 1936 and held the position for over two months until Willie McCartney became manager.
