John Laing Infrastructure Fund

John Laing Infrastructure Fund (LSE: JLIF) is a FTSE 250 company with a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange. JLIF is a Guernsey registered closed-end investment company that raises capital in the equity market. Established in November 2010, the company acquired a Seed Portfolio of 19 low risk operational public–private partnership (PPP) projects from John Laing plc. As at 30 June 2013, the company's portfolio had increased to a total of 38 projects located in United Kingdom, Continental Europe and North America. The company's Chairman is Paul Lester CBE.
