The John Hafen House, at 1002 South Main Street in Springville, Utah, United States was built in 1900. It was designed by noted architect Alberto Treganza for his friend John Hafen.
The significance of the house is primarily for its association with Hafen, who was an important Mormon artist.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
