John L. Freeman (born September 10, 1954) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Wyoming House of Representatives representing District 60 since January 11, 2011.

Freeman earned his AA from Western Wyoming Community College and his BA in history from the University of Wyoming.

Elections

  • 2012 Freeman was unopposed for both the August 21, 2012 Democratic Primary, winning with 566 votes, and the November 6, 2012 General election, winning with 3,199 votes.
  • 2010 When Democratic Representative Bill Thompson retired and left the District 60 seat open, Freeman was unopposed for the August 17, 2010 Democratic Primary, winning with 737 votes, and won the November 2, 2010 General election with 1,636 votes (58.4%) against Republican nominee Ted York.
