Sir John Colman Rashleigh, 1st Baronet (23 November 1772 – 4 August 1847) was the first of the Rashleigh baronets created on 30 September 1831. He was High Sheriff of Cornwall in 1813, and a leading figure among the gentry in the parliamentary reform movement.

Family

Eldest son of John Rashleigh (1742–1803) and Catherine Batty (died 1800), he had three brothers and three sisters. He married firstly Harriet Williams (died 7 July 1831) on 24 May 1808 having one child, Colman (4 May 1819 – 27 October 1896). Secondly he married Martha Gould (died 9 June 1879, age 98) on 17 October 1833. She was the daughter of John Gould MD.
