John Bond (5 April 1678 – 19 June 1744), of Tyneham in Dorset, was an English Member of Parliament.

Bond was the younger son of Nathaniel Bond, a King's Serjeant and Member of Parliament. John Bond represented Corfe Castle in the House of Commons of Great Britain from 1721 to 1722, a period when his brother Denis was the borough's other MP. He served in the Commons again from 1727 until his death. He married his cousin, Margaret Williams (d. 1775); their son, John (1717–1784), was also an MP and, as his uncle's heir, became head of the family.
