John Patrick Barrett (1878–1946) was a British clergyman who held high office in the Roman Catholic Church.
He was born on 31 October 1878 in Liverpool, England. He was ordained a priest on 19 June 1906 before elevated to the episcopy as Bishop of Plymouth on 7 June 1929, a post he held until his death on 2 November 1946.
St Boniface's Catholic College in Plymouth has an apartment named after him.
