Johannes Samuel Petrus "Johan" Kraag (July 29, 1913 – May 24, 1996) was a Surinamese politician who served as the President of Suriname from December 29, 1990, until September 16, 1991.

Kraag was a member of Johan Adolf Pengel's National Party of Suriname, and held in the 1960s several ministerial posts. He belonged to the moderate wing who in 1975 rebelled against the political independence of Pengels successor Henck Arron.

After the military coup on December 24, 1990 (known as the "telephone coup"), Kraag was chosen by the Assembly as Acting President of Suriname. He was succeeded by Ronald Venetiaan.
