Roelof 'Joggie' Viljoen (Born 22 July 1976) is a South African rugby union footballer who played at scrum-half for the South Africa national rugby union team during the late 1990s. Viljoen, a native of South Africa's Eastern Cape Province, currently resides in New Zealand and is the first choice scrum-half for Manawatu in the NPC. He also played for the Bulls, Western Province, Turbos, Hurricanes, Stormers, Barbarians and the Provincial Northland
