Joanne "Jo" Harten (born 21 March 1989) is an English netball player. She can play GS and GA. She competed at the 2007 and 2011 Netball World Championships and the 2010 and 2014 Commonwealth Games, and has so far earned 81 caps for England. She captained the Loughborough Lightning netball team in the English Netball Superleague, before picking up a contract with the Canterbury Tactix in the ANZ Championship in 2012. She returned to play for the Tactix in 2013. In 2014, she joined the Waikato Magic on a 2-year contract. In 2017, Harten began playing for new franchise Giants Netball in the newly created Australian Super Netball league.
Harten competed in the 2011 World Netball Series, where she won a gold medal as a key member of the England team. She also co-captained the 2012 team, picking up a silver medal as England lost a close final to the Silver Ferns. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Loughborough University and enjoys watching rugby and playing volleyball.
