Joana Eidukonytė (born 2 October 1994 in Vilnius) is a Lithuanian tennis player.
Eidukonytė has won one singles title on the ITF tour in her career. On 11 July 2016, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 605. On 28 November 2011, she peaked at world number 1064 in the doubles rankings.
Eidukonytė has a 6–5 record for Lithuania in Fed Cup competition.
