Joachim Andreas Stukenbrock (1699 – 26 September 1756) was a Germany-born mining official in Norway. He was born in Blankenburg, in the district of Harz, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. He served as Berghauptmann at the Kongsberg Silver Mines, and developed the mines to become the largest mines in Norway. He also designed the Kongsberg Church.
